My contribution

I joined a five-developer team migrating a school-management platform to a new version. My main focus was restructuring and framing frontend development to improve technical consistency, application architecture and quality standards.

I progressively took the technical lead on frontend topics while contributing strongly to backend architecture. I also developed web interfaces, APIs and business functionality covering schools, campuses, classes, students, teachers and attendance management.

My contribution

I worked as frontend technical reference and backend developer within a six-developer team on a cancer-screening platform for the State of Luxembourg. The application covered the citizen journey from notifications and appointments through medical reports and final diagnosis.

I contributed to technical choices, frontend structure and team support around architecture and development quality. The healthcare context involved sensitive medical data and required particular attention to security, reliability and technical consistency.

I started on the frontend of a medical temporary staffing platform covering workers, planning, contracts, administration and payment, then quickly progressed to a Lead Developer role with technical and organisational responsibilities.

My work included client communication, requirements analysis, sprint organisation, team coordination and progress presentations, alongside frontend and backend development. Tight deadlines and a progressively reduced team required autonomy and adaptability through delivery and maintenance.
